The Cowichan Valley Breakers is a non-profit society governed by a Board of Directors. Parents and guardians of our swimmers are members of the Club and are encouraged to participate in the Club’s Annual General Meeting. The AGM is an opportunity for members to vote, volunteer for Board and committee positions, and help shape the future of the Club.

All members are also welcome to attend monthly Board meetings. Meeting dates and locations are posted on the Breakers calendar, and members are welcome to submit items for discussion in advance. Submitted items will be included under New Business on the meeting agenda.
