How to Register for a swim meet
Fees paid to attend and participate in swim meets must be paid on the scheduled sign-up evening before swim meet.  Please check practice schedule for dates, the Treasurer or their designate will be on deck to collect forms and payments.  Once entered to a meet, the club must pay those fees, even if a swimmer cancels or does not show up.  These monies must still be forwarded on to the host club, once club entries are registered.  Swimmers who choose to “deck enter” at a meet, will pay a higher fee.


Swimmers will not be registered for a meet either in advance or deck entry until full payment has been received.


Prepayment of meets is available.  Please discuss this option with our Treasurer at time of registration or through out the summer season.  If prepayment option is chosen, entry forms still need to be filled out and returned at scheduled times.
The meet entry forms go home a week and a half before a meet (normally the Thursday night).  Entry forms and payments are due at scheduled times (usually Monday night, unless holidays).
